Fukui Kiyoshi 福井淳

Fukui Kiyoshi was born on 1 February 1898 in Kanagawa. In 1923, he graduated from Tokyo University of Commerce and joined the Foreign Ministry. From 1937 to early 1938, he served as Consul General in Nanjing. Later he was Consul General in Rangoon, Burma. He died on 3 May 1955.
